I find handling bread dough, creating a formula, the different textures of ingredients, mixing them together and how they feel at each stage incredibly stimulating and engaging. Making bread is one of those “bring me to the moment” moments, a great way to clear the head and engage the senses, with the added benefit of amazing smells and flavours as an outcome.
