Bread making is really easy and fun and there’s nothing more rewarding than taking a freshly baked loaf from the oven and sharing it with family and friends!

It is also a passion of mine and something that I love to pass on to others: I have been teaching home bread baking for over 2 years, covering baker’s yeast and sourdough processes.
